A: We are out of North Bay, Ontario and service the Nipissing area mainly however we travel as requested and have been all over Ontario as far as Temiskaming Shores, Mattawa, Temiscamingue, Sturgeon Falls and even Huntsville! Q: Do you need access to power and water?
A: Actually we provide everything needed and simply require access to 1 power outlet. We do have a generator if needed but try not to use it in sensitive areas like residential neighborhoods. However it is ideal for workplaces, cottages and construction yards!
Q: What does "mobile" mean exactly, you come to me?
A: That's right! (From April 1st to October 31st) Whether you're at home kicking your feet up, at the workplace, cottage or even if your boat's at the lake we will always come to your place of choice. Great customer service means as much to us as professional detailing and we will always find a way to accommodate!
Q: What are the accepted methods of payment?
A: We now accept all major forms of payment.
Q: Is your work guaranteed?
A: Absolutely! We take pride in our work and that means making sure you get your value for your hard earned dollars. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our packages, services and add-ons.
Q: Are you able to remove scratches?
A: We sure can! We are more than equipped to not only handle scratch repair but we can possibly even remove it completely. We have the supplies, the equipment and the know how to do a complete 3 stage paint restoration.
Q: Do you charge for travel?
A: Yes. Unfortunately gas is an expense we must all incur however we are happy to report we have managed to keep our costs so affordable that chances are even with the added cost we are still competitive, if not less expensive, than your typical detailing shop. Depending on your location of residence that will determine the amount added to your package. Certain purchases grant free travel including paint correction and Platinum interior packages.
